2. Definition

2.3 Ocean Mall Service: refers to the various services provided by Ocean Mall based on the Internet in various forms including Ocean Mall’s transnational websites and clients (including new service forms arising from future technological development) (hereinafter referred to as " service").

Four, account registration and use

4.1 User qualification

4.1.1 You confirm that when you complete the registration process or actually use the service in other ways allowed by Ocean Mall, you should have the civil capacity for your behavior as required by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If you do not have the aforementioned civil capacity for your behavior, you and your guardian shall bear the corresponding consequences arising therefrom in accordance with the law, and Ocean Mall has the right to terminate the service provided to you and cancel your account. If you represent a company or other legal subject to register at the Ocean Mall transnational website, you declare and warrant that you have the right to make the company or the legal subject bound by this agreement.

4.2 Account registration

4.2.3 Since your account is associated with your information and the commercial information of Ocean Mall's multinational stations, your account is for your own use only. Without the consent of Ocean Mall, your direct or indirect authorization of a third party to use your account or obtain information under your account is invalid. If Ocean Mall judges that the use of your account may endanger your account security and/or the information security of Ocean Mall’s transnational stations based on your account usage behavior, Ocean Mall may refuse to provide corresponding services or terminate this agreement.

4.3 Account transfer

Since the user account is associated with user credit information, you can only transfer the account if there are express provisions of the law, judicial rulings, or the consent of Ocean Mall, and in compliance with the account transfer procedures stipulated by Ocean Mall’s transnational station rules. Once your account is transferred, the rights and obligations under the account will be transferred together. Except in addition, your account must not be transferred in any way, otherwise Ocean Mall has the right to hold you accountable for breach of contract, and the corresponding liabilities arising therefrom shall be borne by you.

4.4 Real-name authentication

In order to enable you to better use the various services of Ocean Mall's multinational stations and protect your account security, Ocean Mall may require you to complete real-name authentication in accordance with national laws and regulations.

4.5 Inactive account recovery

If your account meets the following conditions at the same time, your PayPal login name may be cancelled and you can no longer log in to any ocean platform, and all ocean platform services will be terminated at the same time:

(1) Failing to pass real-name certification in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations and the requirements of Ocean Mall;

4.6 Registration Information Management

4.7 Account Security

4.7.1 Your account is set up for you and kept by you. Ocean Mall will not actively ask you to provide your account password at any time. Therefore, it is recommended that you take good care of your account and ensure that you log out at the end of each online period and leave the Ocean Mall multinational station in the correct steps. Ocean Mall is not responsible for the losses and consequences caused by your active disclosure of your account or your being attacked or defrauded by others. You should seek compensation from the infringer through judicial, administrative and other remedies.

4.7.2 Except for Ocean Mall’s fault, you shall be responsible for all the results of your actions under your account (including but not limited to online signing of various agreements, posting information, inquiries/quotations, purchasing products, ordering services, and disclosing information, etc.).

4.7.3 If you find any unauthorized use of your account to log in to the Ocean Mall multinational site or other situations that may cause your account to be stolen or lost, it is recommended that you notify Ocean Mall immediately and authorize Ocean Mall to synchronize the information to PayPal and Ocean Platform . You understand that it takes reasonable time for Ocean Mall to take action on any of your requests, and the actions that Ocean Mall takes at your request may not avoid or prevent the formation or expansion of the consequences of the infringement. 5.1 Store Management

5.2.2 You should ensure that you have the corresponding rights to the products and/or services you publish on the Ocean Mall multinational station, and you must not sell the following products and/or provide the following services on the Ocean Mall multinational station:

(1) Prohibited or restricted by the state;

(2) Infringing on the intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests of others;

5.2.3 You should abide by the principle of good faith, ensure that the product and/or service information you publish is true and consistent with the products and/or services you actually sell, and earnestly fulfill your transaction promises during the transaction process. You should maintain the benign market competition order of Ocean Mall’s transnational stations, and must not demean or slander competitors, or interfere with any transactions and activities conducted on Ocean Mall’s transnational stations, and must not use any improper means to increase or attempt to increase your own credibility. 6. Expenses

6.2 All taxable taxes and related hardware, software, communications, network services and other expenses incurred by you for trading, obtaining paid services from Ocean Mall, or contacting Ocean Mall servers shall be borne by you.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Ocean Mall performs its basic guarantee obligations in accordance with the law, but Ocean Mall does not bear the corresponding liability for breach of contract due to the following reasons, such as obstacles to contract performance, performance defects, delays in performance, or changes in content of performance:

(1) Force majeure factors such as natural disasters, strikes, riots, wars, government actions, judicial administrative orders, etc.;

9. User's breach of contract and its handling

12. Termination of the agreement

12.2 Handling after termination of the agreement

14.5 If any clause of this agreement is ruled to be invalid or unenforceable, that clause shall be revoked, and the remaining clauses shall be complied with and enforced. The title of the clause is only for the convenience of reference, and does not define, limit, interpret or describe the scope or limit of the clause in any way. The failure of Ocean Mall to take action on a breach of contract by you or other persons does not mean that Ocean Mall withdraws its right to take action in relation to any subsequent or similar breach of contract.
